Exsel group sponsor Celtic women's team

Date Published: 07/02/2018

We are delighted to announce that we will be continuing our sponsorship of Celtic F.C Women’s team for the next two seasons.

We first sponsored Celtic F.C Women’s team back in 2016 and have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside the club to support the growth of Women’s football in Scotland, therefore it was quickly decided that we would renew our sponsorship of the team for the next two seasons to continue our support.

As a company that does a lot of work within our community, we felt as though the chance to work alongside such a community focused club was an opportunity we couldn’t miss.

David Haley, Celtic Women’s team manager said:

“We are delighted to have the continued support from Exsel Group for a further two years. We have already built a strong relationship with Exsel Group and we look forward to them playing an active role in the women's team development.

“The partnership has continued to grow in the last few years and the dedication from Exsel Group to develop the women’s game within Celtic for a further two years is greatly appreciated by all at the club.”

Tom McDonald, Managing Director also had a few things to say about this new deal:

“We are delighted to continue our support of Celtic and pleased to be playing our part in the continued growth of women's football in Scotland.

“Already we have enjoyed an excellent partnership with the team and look forward to taking this forward.

“We have always recognised the common brand values shared by both Celtic and Exsel and we are pleased to continue such a positive relationship by making this new commitment.”

With the season kicking off on the 11th of February against rivals Rangers, Exsel Group wish Celtic F.C Women’s team all the best for the upcoming season and are proud to have our name on such a famous shirt.
